The event is not only for Singapore and South East Asia’s top physique athletes but also for anyone who has an interest in overall health and wellness. There will be sports & fitness leaders from around Singapore at the event helping to create a close bond within the fitness community here and to showcase their sports and activities. There will also be fun activities for the audience to take part in and as well as charitable aspects.

International IFBB Super Stars such as Arnold Classic Champion and Top 5 Mr. Olympia Competitor, Dennis Wolf will be flying in from the United States to attend this event and will also give training seminar workshops as well as 1:1 personal training sessions.

IFBB PRO Joan Liew and Juliette Bergmann

Juliette Bergmann, an ex Miss Olympia and President of the IFBB Dutch Federation (NBBF) will be flying in to conduct posing and judging seminars as well as heading the judging panel for the competition.

There will also be local well known athletes in attendance such as IFBB Pro Joan Liew and Augustine Lee, a multiple Asian Champion.

“The name of the show was chosen not only because of the obvious physical strength that will be demonstrated by the participants, but also because the word ‘strength’ has a much wider reach and can apply to many other more holistic endeavours such as Yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, Pole Dancing, Powerlifting and even Meditation that will be showcased at the event”, said Alex Michael Betts, President of The SFBF (Singapore Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness).

“This brings us to the next point, which is that of mental strength – in order to overcome any obstacles in life, it is necessary to use mental strength, whether that be to achieve an amazing physique, to be a successful business person or to deal with tragedy and hardships in life.”, explained further by Mr. Betts.

The SFBF hopes to grow their events every year and to provide a solid platform for local athletes to be able to take their sport to the next level and compete with the best of the best in the world.

“This year is just the beginning of our mission in Singapore. We have the local athletes’ needs as our first priority as well as helping to boost the image of the sport and encourage people from all backgrounds and of all ages to see the benefits of regular exercise and eating a healthy diet.”, said Mr. Betts

Aspiring athletes and show attendees who are interested in overall wellness and fitness are strongly encouraged to register early.
